Michael Donlan grew up in Delaware County PA and graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1990. He joined the Navy after graduation where he served for four years before being honorably discharged in 1994. After graduating from Delaware County Community College in 1999, Michael, his wife Jeannine, and two sons moved to Berks County. Shortly after they welcomed two more sons to the family. Since then, he has been working with local civil engineering firms as a civil designer, CAD/drafting technician and surveyor where he gained an in-depth knowledge of land use and land development. He decided to take that experience to assist others in their home, land and commercial property buying needs. Michael is well aware the selling processes can be confusing, stressful and emotional and he is ready to support you through it all.

Because of his time in the military, Michael has a special place in his heart for veterans and their families. He understands the sacrifices they have made and sometimes are still making. As a member of Toastmasters International and the Knights of Columbus, Michael is active in the community and strives to help others improve their lives while improving his own.

Michael chose to work with Coldwell Banker, Realty because of the close nit culture and the collective experience of the Wyomissing, PA office. With Coldwell Banker’s continuous training programs and support services and staff, Michael will be able to lead a team to deliver the help his clients need in any situation.
